Michael S.F. Watson is a partner in the firm's Toronto office practising in corporate and commercial litigation, administrative law, and employment and labour relations. He has appeared before all levels of courts in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has been an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School since 1985 teaching Civil Procedure and serves on Ontario's Civil Rules Secretariat. He is recognized as an expert on civil procedure in Ontario.
