About Rabeena
Rabeena Mussalin began her career articling at a prominent plaintiff-side firm before moving to a Toronto defence boutique known for its trial work. She joined Jones Kopp Litigation Partners LLP in February 2021, bringing extensive experience in insurance defence and complex coverage disputes. Rabeena has handled a wide range of CGL claims, including those involving construction and farm equipment, property damage, product liability, subrogation, and occupiers' liability. She has appeared at every stage of litigation, from motions and mediations through trials and cost hearings, and has prepared materials for the Ontario Court of Appeal. She earned her BA from the University of Toronto and her LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2008. Rabeena belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
