R. Keith Reed is a founding member of Reed Pope, providing his services through R. Keith Reed Law Corporation. His practice focuses on financing start-up and developing companies, assisting angel, venture capital and private investors, and establishing investment funds, limited partnerships, and mutual fund trusts, including private placement and prospectus-exempt capital raising. He also assists clients, including First Nations, with business and enterprise formation, commercial real estate transactions, and commercial and mortgage financing. Before practising law full time, he served as CEO or COO of several real estate development, tourism development, and construction material supply companies. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1977 and holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School (1976), an MA from Sir George William University (1973), and a BA from Royal Military College (1969).
