About R.
Aaron Rubinoff is Co-Chair and Partner in the Litigation Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, with 35 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, employment and labour, international arbitration and commercial litigation. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes before courts at all levels, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada, and advises employers and employees on collective bargaining, judicial review, grievance arbitration and wrongful dismissal. Rubinoff was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987, became a partner in 1993, and has been the firm's Co-Chairman since 2012. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1985, is a registered trademark agent, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for corporate and commercial litigation, including a 2018 Lawyer of the Year award.
