About Julia
Julia Villeneuve is an associate in Osler's Real Estate group. She began at the firm as a summer student in 2021 and finished articling there in 2023, working since on commercial property transactions such as financing arrangements, leasing deals, and buying and selling real estate. Julia earned a combined law and business degree through Western University's law school and the Ivey Business School, where she assisted Professor Rande Kostal as a teaching assistant and competed for Western at a national tax moot in 2021. Within the business side of her studies, she co-led the Ivey Law Club and served as mentorship vice president for Ivey's Women in Management Club, and she received an award recognizing female dual-degree students who show leadership on campus and beyond.
