Class ActionsChris practises labour law, civil litigation, and professional regulation and discipline matters, and is also part of the firm's education and benefits law groups. On the labour and regulatory side, he represents employees in workplace disputes and defends professionals before their regulators, in addition to handling grievance arbitrations and human rights issues. His civil litigation work covers wrongful dismissal, employment standards, and disability benefit claims for individuals. He has appeared before arbitrators, mediators, and administrative tribunals on behalf of unions, professional organizations, and employees, as well as in trial and appellate courts in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Chris co-edits Education Labour and Employment Law in Ontario, published by Thomson Reuters. He received his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010, having summered and articled at the firm before making partner.
