About Jonathan
He is a partner in the Competition, Antitrust and Foreign Investment group, advising clients on competition law matters including merger review, investigations and regulatory compliance. He also advises on foreign investment and national security matters under the Investment Canada Act and communications law topics such as telecommunications and broadcasting. He taught Canadian competition law and policy at Western University Law School.
