About Suzana
Suzana Popovic-Montag is the Managing Partner of Hull & Hull LLP, an estate litigation firm, and has practised in the field for almost 25 years, appearing at every level of court up to the Supreme Court of Canada. She trained in mediation at Harvard Law School and runs a dedicated mediation practice through Hull Estate Mediation Inc., handling both pre-death and post-death estate resolutions. She blogs and podcasts regularly, speaks at conferences across Canada, and has written numerous academic articles on estates and trusts, some of which are cited in leading Canadian texts. She co-edits Wills & Trusts Law Reports and Trust Quarterly Review in the U.K. and has authored or co-authored works including Probate Practice and Feeney's Canadian Law of Wills. She was called to the bar in 1997 after earning her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and an Honours B.A. in Economics and Math from Wilfrid Laurier University.
