About Phillip

Phil focuses on construction projects and commercial litigation, representing clients across North America and Australia in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia courts. His work covers oil and gas, industrial, and commercial construction matters, including project structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and dispute resolution involving liens, bonds, productivity claims, delays, and cost overruns. He was also called to the Saskatchewan bar in 1998, completed a mediation certificate through the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation in 2017, and serves as a mediator and arbitrator.
