About Timothy

Timothy Goepel is Co-Managing Partner at Watson Goepel, practising in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group with a focus on commercial litigation, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes, and employment matters. He has experience at all levels of court in British Columbia and the Federal Court of Canada, and has acted as counsel in arbitrations, mediations, and regulatory proceedings. Tim earned his LL.B. from UBC in 2005 and his B.A. from the University of Victoria in 2002, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for Professional Malpractice and Construction Law.
