John Downing is Managing Partner of Miller Thomson's London office and an experienced trial and appellate counsel in corporate and commercial disputes, professional negligence, product liability, insurance defence, and real estate. His practice also covers franchise disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property issues, contract and leasing disputes, debt collection, and medical negligence actions. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1998 and holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario.
