About Nicholas
Nicholas Dempsey is a corporate lawyer at Hadri Law who advises domestic and international private equity clients on acquisitions and business consolidations. Before joining the firm he spent more than four years at a top-ranked regional Toronto firm, where he worked on more than 90 asset and share sale transactions. He was called to the Law Society of Ontario in 2018 and holds a J.D. from the University of Western Ontario as well as an HBA from Ivey Business School, both earned in 2017. Nicholas advises startups, family businesses and established companies on financing, commercial agreements and business sales, and his Ivey background gives him a commercial perspective on his legal practice.
