About Joe

Joe Hoffer is Counsel at Cohen Highley with more than 30 years of litigation practice before provincial boards, tribunals, the Superior Court of Ontario, Divisional Court, and Court of Appeal. His practice focuses on condominium law, residential tenancies, municipal law, and multi-residential housing, and he is a regular presenter at Law Society of Ontario continuing legal education programs. He authored A Practical Guide to the Tenant Protection Act (1999).
