Wills, Estates & TrustsJustin Darroch focuses his practice on commercial litigation, construction law, and estate litigation. He articled with Duncan, Linton LLP and joined the firm as an associate after being called to the bar in 2024. Raised in Grimsby, Ontario, he earned a B.A. in English literature from Concordia University before studying public policy at York University. He attended the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University as part of its inaugural class, competing in the McCarthy Tetrault Cup Constitutional Law Moot, and spent his final law school term assisting Ontario Court of Justice judges with research at the Waterloo Region Courthouse. Before law, he worked as an executive chef in Montreal and Toronto.
