About Payton
Payton is a lawyer in McInnes Cooper's Halifax office with a commercial and residential real estate practice, regularly acting for clients on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, land use planning, and secured financing transactions on both the borrower and lender side. She also assists developers and investors with the condominium registration process. Payton sits on the Board of Directors for the Acadia University Alumni Association and volunteers as a ski instructor with Canadian Adaptive Snowsports. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia.
