Matthew Hardie is a corporate lawyer in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2024. He earned a JD and MBA from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and Rowe School of Business in 2023, after completing a BComm at Saint Mary's University in 2019. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, financing, incorporations, contract review and corporate restructuring, working with clients at all stages of a business's lifecycle. Within the firm he is a member of the Halifax Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and he belongs to the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
