About Paula

Paula Bosenberg focuses on business and personal succession planning, helping protect assets during a client's lifetime and transfer them tax-efficiently to the next generation. She is a designated Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a member of the Victoria Estate Planning Council, and co-authors the Wills, Trusts, Estates and Adult Guardianship chapter of the CLEBC Annual Review of Law & Practice. She has particular experience with professional corporations and private, family-owned businesses, advising on incorporations, shareholder agreements, and estate and corporate freezes. Originally from South Africa, she has practised law there, in England, and in Saskatchewan.
