About Paul

Paul Bosco is a lawyer at Murphy Battista LLP who acts for plaintiffs in civil claims involving slip-and-falls, animal attacks, police assaults, municipal negligence, injuries at restaurants and bars, dangerous and defective products, and physical and sexual assaults. He advances claims against individuals, insurers, companies, governments and professionals, and has won trials before both judges and juries in the BC Supreme Court, as well as arguing cases successfully before the BC Court of Appeal.
