About Andrew
Andrew Brine has been a litigation lawyer since 2005 and joined Murphy Battista LLP in 2016, focusing on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases against doctors and hospitals, class actions, product liability matters, insurance disputes and disability claims. Having previously defended doctors, hospitals and health authorities in malpractice disputes, he has practiced on all sides of these cases, giving him insight into how to secure fair compensation for his clients. Before joining Murphy Battista he practiced in London, England. He earned his JD from the University of Alberta in 2004 and a BA from Simon Fraser University in 2001, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2005. He serves on the Canadian Bar Association's National Health Law Section executive committee.
