About Paul
Paul Heisler has practiced employment law for over two decades, representing both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal, human rights, labour relations, and related disputes, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia along with administrative tribunals and arbitral panels. He also advises employers and senior employees on executive employment and termination agreements, workplace policies, and accommodation issues. Before joining Hunter Litigation Chambers in 2009, he articled and practiced for three years in the labour and employment group of a national law firm. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for labour and employment law, employee benefits law, corporate and commercial litigation, and administrative and public law, and was named a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation in 2024.
