About Harvey
Harvey Delaney co-manages Owen Bird and practises labour and employment law alongside general litigation, appearing before administrative tribunals, provincial and appellate courts, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Delaney represents management in labour matters and both employers and employees in employment disputes including wrongful dismissal claims, and also handles construction disputes, shareholder issues and breach of contract matters.
