About Brandon
Brandon Hillis is a partner at Roper Greyell practising in labour, employment, and human rights law, representing employers in workplace arbitrations, collective agreement disputes, and human rights grievances. He draws on past experience as a labourer in a lumber mill alongside his workplace law practice when drafting employment agreements and workplace policies. He writes for publications including Canadian HR Reporter, Business in Vancouver, and The Lawyers' Daily. He holds a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Victoria and an LLB from Dalhousie University, and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2012 and the Northwest Territories in 2019.
