About Patrick

Patrick Sweeney's practice covers personal injury law, insurance law, professional negligence, employment law, and professional responsibility and discipline matters. He received his law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1976 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1977, and the firm describes him as a senior associate. He has served as an annual instructor in civil procedure and advocacy at the University of Victoria Law School and has lectured for the Professional Legal Training Course, the Continuing Legal Education Society, and Law Society of British Columbia bar admission courses.
