About Françoise

Françoise Aubin has operated her own solo practice since 2019, offering support across commercial transactions, real estate, corporate law, estate planning and probate, family law, and civil litigation. She holds certifications in mediation and arbitration from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Canada (Atlantic) and takes an approach grounded in fairness, empathy, and accessibility. Before practicing law, she worked in government, environmental advocacy, education, and event coordination, including time spent living and working in Japan. She serves on the board of the Westmorland-Albert Early Childhood Family Resources Center, currently as Vice-President and Secretary, and holds a Juris Doctor from the Université de Moncton and a First-Class Honours degree in Anthropology from Mount Allison University.
