About Toby

Toby is a Partner at CLG Injury Law and practises personal injury law across Atlantic Canada. He graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2000 with a combined Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and LLB, articled with Cox Hanson O'Reilly Matheson in Fredericton, and later co-founded Bristow Moyse Lawyers in St. John's, Newfoundland. Toby has represented injured clients at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and is proud of a Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal decision that established driver negligence in a moose-vehicle collision. He joined CLG Injury Law in 2018 and volunteers extensively at a local homeless shelter, helping prepare meals.
