About Patrick
Patrick's practice covers business law, real estate, and financial institution security, including asset and share purchase transactions, corporate incorporations and reorganizations, leasing, franchising, and negotiating commercial agreements. His real estate work spans commercial and residential acquisition, subdivision, development and financing, and he represents both lenders and borrowers in routine and complex lending transactions. Born and raised in Kelowna, he earned a Bachelor of Science (Honours Biology) from UBC Okanagan in 2011, a Master of Management from UBC Okanagan in 2013, and a Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law in 2016. He articled with Pushor Mitchell and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2017, and now serves as a director of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce.
