Antoine Gariépy is a Partner in the Banking and Lending and Corporate and Commercial groups. His practice covers financing and real estate work along with general corporate matters and business sales and purchases. He has considerable experience on real estate development projects and commercial leases, and represents banks, private lenders and borrowers when structuring lending arrangements. Antoine has advised a range of lenders, from banks and credit unions to large institutional investors and smaller mortgage investment funds, and he has also advised real estate developers, investment firms, societies and private investment companies on a range of deals. Away from work, Antoine likes to run, travel, and spend time with his wife and their two children.
