About Pascal

Pascal Visentin's practice focuses on commercial litigation and administrative law, covering commercial and shareholder disputes, insurance, construction, employment, intellectual property, creditor remedies, regulatory matters, professional liability, and wills and estates. He has advocated for clients at all levels of court in Alberta and before several administrative bodies, and also maintains an interest in information and privacy law. Before law school he worked in analytical chemistry for a global chemical manufacturer and in agricultural research. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, where he received the Bereskin & Parr LLP Prize in Intellectual Property Law among other awards, and speaks fluent French.
