About Ahmad

Ahmad Berjak is a founder and partner of Berjak Law, holding a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor with distinction, both from the University of Alberta. He maintains a broad civil litigation practice covering general civil matters, restraining orders, injunctions, debt recovery, and family law, in addition to real estate and commercial law work. He has represented clients before various tribunals, the Alberta Court of Justice, and the Court of King's Bench of Alberta. During law school he was named to the Dean's Honour Roll and Dean's List and volunteered as a caseworker with Student Legal Services; he continues to take on pro bono matters.
