About Paola

Paola Gonzalez practises corporate and commercial law at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, working with both for-profit and not-for-profit entities on incorporations, reorganizations, due diligence and general corporate matters. Her not-for-profit practice includes advice on incorporation, restructuring, by-law revisions and governance under federal and Ontario not-for-profit legislation. She was called to the bar of Mexico in 2006 and to the Ontario Bar in 2021, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish with fluency in the legal systems of both jurisdictions. Originally from Mexico City, Gonzalez is active in diversity and community initiatives and volunteers with local associations.
