About Christina

Christina Lachance is an associate at ConductLaw practicing corporate and commercial law as well as wills and estates. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015 and has worked on large cross-border acquisitions, amalgamations, reorganizations, financing, conveyancing, and share and asset transactions. She earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa's Common Law program in 2014, graduating cum laude and serving as senior editor of the Envirohansard, and holds a B.A. (Honours) in Environmental Studies from the same university. Before law school she worked at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the Ottawa Hospital. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association. Christina grew up in the Glebe and now lives in Manotick with her husband.
