About P.
P. Peter Diavolitsis is a partner whose practice is restricted to insurance defence and other civil litigation, acting for insurers, individuals, and businesses. His work includes indemnification and coverage disputes, professional liability, and municipal, contractual, and commercial actions, and he has extensive trial experience at all levels of the Ontario courts. Born and raised in London, Ontario, he earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1999, articled at Weaver Simmons in 2004, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005, becoming a partner in 2009. He belongs to the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Sudbury and District Law Association.
