About Devan

Devan J. Munch is a partner practising in the firm's Litigation and Estates department, focusing on estate litigation, civil litigation, estate administration, and estate planning. His estate litigation work includes guardianship applications, passing of accounts, will challenges, and breach of fiduciary duty and power of attorney claims, while his civil litigation practice centres on insurance defence in municipal law and personal injury matters. Born and raised in Sudbury, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Laurentian University and his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University in 2018. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and various tribunals.
