About Randee
Randee Greco began her legal career at the Department of Justice in Ottawa, where she articled and practised after being called to the Ontario bar in 2009. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University (2002), a Master of Arts from Saint Paul University (2005), and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa (2008). Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, including business mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and incorporations, along with residential and commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing. She also assists clients with wills and powers of attorney. Greco is a member of the Nipissing Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
