About Jared

Jared Loyer is an associate practising in the firm's Corporate/Commercial, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates departments. He advises business owners, corporations, and organizations on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, commercial real estate transactions, corporate governance, financing, and commercial agreements. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Carleton University, completing the National Committee on Accreditation process before being called to the Ontario Bar. He also coaches competitive youth and high school football in Ontario.
