About Erinn

Erinn A. Fitzpatrick practises family law at her North Bay firm. She grew up in Norfolk County, Ontario, and earned an Honours BA in Philosophy and English Literature from Queen's University before completing her law degree at Queen's Faculty of Law in 2007. She moved to North Bay that summer and began her articles in family law. Since 2011 she has acted as an agent of the Office of the Children's Lawyer, representing children in high-conflict custody and child protection cases before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. She currently serves as President of the Nipissing Collaborative Lawyers' Association and favours collaborative family law and other negotiated approaches where appropriate. Outside her practice, she sits on the boards of the North Bay Literacy Council and the Lindsay Weld Centre for Children.
