About Jack

Jack Braithwaite is Counsel at the firm, with extensive experience in wrongful dismissal and other employment litigation. He represents employers in collective bargaining, human rights complaints, WSIB matters, Occupational Health and Safety prosecutions, and OLRB proceedings, and has acted in labour arbitrations. He co-authored the textbook Canadian Employment Law and was Associate Editor of the Dismissal and Employment Law Digest. He holds degrees from Concordia University and McGill University and a law degree from the University of Alberta. He is a Bencher of the Law Society of Ontario and has served on the boards of several community and legal organizations, including the Law Foundation of Ontario.
