Neena Gupta is a partner in the firm's Employment, Labour & Equalities Group with offices in Waterloo Region and Toronto. Her practice focuses on employment and human rights matters, advising employers on compliance and litigation involving the Ontario Human Rights Code, Canada Labour Code, Pay Equity Act, and related legislation. She has taught at the University of Toronto, Queen's University, and Toronto Metropolitan University, and served as a governor of the Law Commission of Ontario for five years. In 2002, she was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II's Golden Jubilee Medal.
