About Carita
Carita Wong is a partner who has practised almost exclusively in employment and labour law since she was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. She represents both employers and employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal claims, human rights applications, harassment matters, and employment standards disputes, and has appeared before the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Carita also works as an independent workplace investigator and regularly assists employers with union certification applications, collective bargaining, and grievance arbitrations. She holds an LLB from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in criminology, sociology, and women's studies from the same school, earned with high distinction. She is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs on employment law topics.
