About Owen
Owen Duguid is a partner at O'Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP and a member of the firm's Real Estate practice group. His work spans residential, commercial, and municipal real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, secured financing, construction contracts, leasing, and licensing. His clients range from municipalities to first-time homebuyers, and he applies the same practical, communicative approach across each file, drawing on negotiating skills when a deal calls for it. Owen earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, specializing in Geomatics and Urban Settlement Systems, before pursuing his law degree at Queen's University, which he completed in 2010. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2011.
