About J.
J. David Keith is a founding partner practising commercial and civil litigation, product liability, estate litigation, and employment law. Before becoming a lawyer he worked in management within large-scale manufacturing and distribution, where he gained experience drafting and negotiating contracts, including collective agreements, which now informs his practical approach to clients' legal problems. David graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. He has argued successfully before the Superior Court, Divisional Court, and Ontario Court of Appeal, and has also appeared before the Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
