About Orie
Orie Niedzviecki is a business litigation and estates lawyer with experience in both Canadian and US law. He was first called to the bar in Maryland in 1996 before returning to Ontario in 1999, and he is also admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia. His practice covers business litigation, employment law, international judgment enforcement, construction litigation, libel and slander, and estate litigation. He has served as lead counsel in more than a hundred cases before the courts of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and has also appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He studied law at George Washington University after earning a Bachelor of Science with honours from the University of Toronto and a master's degree from the University of Utah. Before joining O'Connor MacLeod Hanna he articled at a Toronto firm and practiced at three litigation boutiques.
