About Onye

Onye Njoku assists employers in a range of labour and employment matters, with a particular focus on labour relations. Her practice includes grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, workplace policies and human rights matters, and she has worked with employers in safety-sensitive industries on matters spanning multiple jurisdictions, including Ontario. She contributes to the preparation and conduct of grievance arbitrations involving workplace policies, discipline and termination, and supports human rights matters and workplace investigations. Njoku earned her JD from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law in 2024 and a BA (First Class Honours) from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2021.
