About Heidi
Heidi Foshay Kimball has practised law for over 25 years, having articled and practised with Derrick J. Kimball in Wolfville. Over the years she has worked in criminal defence, real estate, estate planning and family law, and now spends most of her time on family law matters including divorce, separation and custody agreements. She was appointed a per diem prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Nova Scotia in 1992 and served as solicitor for the Village of New Minas from 1990 to 2005. She has been counsel to the Wolfville Children's Centre since 1990 and is a certified collaborative family law lawyer. She has appeared before courts at every level in Nova Scotia, as well as the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada.
