About Olivia

Olivia focuses on insurance defence with particular expertise in professional liability, property damage claims, motor vehicle accident litigation, human rights issues, and occupiers' liability. She's appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She joined McCague Borlack after working at a Toronto insurance defence firm.
