About Olivia

Olivia Mann-Foster joined BSLSC in 2018 and practices mainly in civil litigation, with a focus on administrative law, commercial litigation and insolvency, employment law, insurance litigation, and product liability. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a leading Canadian immigration law firm. Olivia earned her JD from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she volunteered as a caseworker at the Community Legal Aid clinic and served as a copy editor for the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues; during her final year, she took part in an exchange program at Jean Moulin University Lyon 3 in France. Before law school, she completed a Bachelor of Journalism at Carleton University and wrote for a community newspaper in Ottawa.
