About Martin

Martin is the Managing Partner of the firm's Ottawa office, which launched in 2012, and he chairs the Employment Law and Human Rights practice groups. He practises civil litigation, representing mostly employers but also employees, and his other areas include professional liability, insurance, occupiers' liability, municipal law, and animal law. He's appeared before the Ontario Labour Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal.
