About Olivia

Olivia Evans is an associate at Kastner Ko LLP with extensive experience advising and representing clients in employment and labour law matters. Her practice also extends to civil litigation, human rights, professional discipline and workplace investigations, and she regularly advocates for clients on issues such as wrongful dismissal and harassment claims. Before joining Kastner Ko, Olivia articled and worked as an associate at a well-known labour and employment firm. She attended law school at Queen's University, where she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and received a public interest grant to work as a summer student at a Toronto legal aid clinic. She graduated with distinction from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Arts.
