Frank Nasca is an associate whose practice covers employment law, civil litigation, human rights and state accountability matters. They graduated as Gold Medalist from Osgoode Hall Law School and went on to clerk for Chief Justice Michael H. Tulloch of Ontario and for Justices Eileen Gillese and Jill Copeland of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Frank previously worked at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre and summered at a litigation boutique. They have published award-winning research on Ontario's human rights system and do pro bono work for The 519's Gender Affirming Care Legal Support Clinic, with a practice that includes LGBTQ+ public interest litigation. Frank holds a Master of Arts in Sustainability Studies from Trent University, focused on urban planning.
