About Norm
Norm Promislow practices in taxation, business and corporate planning, personal and estate planning, wills, estates and trusts, business structuring and reorganizations, and sales and acquisitions. His work includes planning and advice for non-profit organizations and registered charities, including private foundations and endowments, and representing clients in tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1976 and earned his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1975. Norm has long been recognized by Best Lawyers and Lexpert for his work in taxation and trusts and estates, and has chaired sessions at the Canadian Tax Foundation's annual conference.
